1) Change Food Choices And Eating Habits

Chemical additives, dyes, preservatives and sodium, all add toxins to the body. The excessive presence of toxins add to the presence of cellulite.

You should shift food choices to fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and fish. Place an emphasis on drinking LOTS of water. Water is critically important for flushing away toxins. Herbal teas are effective as well.

2) Exercise Regularly

Exercise is also effective at removing toxins as well as improving how your cells use oxygen. Your exercise program should consist of muscle toning exercises, and aerobic exercises such as walking and jogging.

3) Massage

Regular massage is quite effective at curbing the development of cellulite. The kneading action of massage helps to break down the stubborn fat cells that exist at the surface of the skin.

Massage the areas most affected, typically the thighs and buttocks, at least 3 times each week.

4) Lose Weight And Stop Smoking

While all females are potentially susceptible to cellulite, it is far more common in overweight individuals. During weight loss, fat cells are reduced in size, and this alone can effect the appearance of cellulite.

Smoking is a BIG no-no, as it adds a great variety of toxic substances to the body.
