Step One: Start exercising more often. Exercise for cellulite removal can be extremely powerful and should not be overlooked. <p>Did you know that cellulite consists of pockets of fat located just beneath connective tissues under your skin?  These fatty deposits swell underneath constraining connective tissues—giving that dreaded orange peel effect.  You might be surprised to learn that even if you are slender, you can still have cellulite deposits. </p>
<p>It isn&#8217;t a dangerous condition, but it is embarrassing.  It&#8217;s very common among adult women. </p>
<p>Cellulite is hereditary, so if your mother had it—you&#8217;ll probably accumulate dimpled fat deposits as well. </p>
<p>There are a number of factors that contribute to the formation of cellulite—such as not drinking enough water.  Eating too many junk foods will also contribute to it, so be sure most of your calories come from healthy foods instead of junk food.  Avoid smoking because that can result in more cellulite.  Get plenty of exercise too. </p>
<p>Medical science constantly discovers new ways to treat a variety of diseases—including ways to fight cellulite.  It&#8217;s tough to get rid of cellulite and there is no magic cure for it, but there are some treatments that just may work for you. </p>
<p>Here are seven ways that you can fight cellulite: </p>
<p>1.  Include cardiovascular exercise in your exercise routine on a regular basis.  Your heart needs to be beating fast enough to increase your circulation to help reduce your cellulite deposits. </p>
<p>2. Eat healthy foods and drink healthy drinks.  For example, avoid sugary soft drinks and drink clear water instead.  Don&#8217;t choose pizza and other fattening main dishes on a regular basis, but eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables instead. </p>

<p>7.  The most expensive treatment is cosmetic surgery, such as liposuction.  And that&#8217;s because a plastic surgeon is required. </p>
